2022 State Engineers office reported that the Upper Green River Basin in 2020 was at 106% of normal, 2021 was 92%, and 2022 was 86% of normal. The 2022 Wind River Snowtel is at 73% of normal with a 28% median.
Several University of Wyoming and Wyoming Department of Agriculture colleagues, along with one of our fellow landowners Windy Kelley over the past few years have worked on a publication titled "Wyoming Small Acreage Irrigation". It has been reviewed by the Wyoming State Engineers Office among others. This publication is packed with some really great information, please make sure to check it out.
